As we reported back in June, L.L.Bean is coming to the King of Prussia Mall, with a grand opening celebration taking place this weekend. Offering early bird, doorbuster giveaways like L.L.Bean gift cards, kayaking packages, and free tote bags, the new store will open at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 30; Saturday, October 1; and Sunday, October 2. The days' promotional events will also include special guest lectures and workshops on fly fishing, camping, GPS and compass navigation, knot tying, and more. Further sweetening the deal, every purchase of $75 and up will receive a free L.L.Bean canteen.
The new store is located on the upper floor of the Plaza, in the space formerly occupied by Old Navy.
