Kimmel Center Boasts Mobile Crêpes

Today kicks off the month-long Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts, which brings the passion of Paris circa 1911 to The Kimmel Center and across venues throughout the city. Wolfgang Puck Catering is hosting three culinary ventures at the North Broad homebase. Le PIFA Bistro, a casual dining concept, along with Parisian street food at the PECO Bar, and a Crêperie Cart will all be going full throttle to satiate hungry monsieurs and madames throughout the festival.

We visited executive chef Christopher Stevens at the rolling crêpe cart a little early, and came away with a lasting memory of Bananas Foster and Nutella crêpes. Get yours starting tomorrow at 11 A.M. for only $6. [The Feast]
