José Andrés Feeds The Feast, Pt. 1

Last night, Spanish chef José Andrés took home the coveted title of Outstanding Chef at the James Beard Foundation Awards on behalf of his avant-garde D.C. restaurant minibar.

A few days prior to hitting the NYC gastrofest and raucous after-party circuit, the chef was in Las Vegas for Bon Appétit's Uncork'd festival, where he showed us some of the latest dishes to hit the new brunch menu at his Cosmopolitan Hotel-based Mexican/Chinese restaurant China Poblano.

In this clip, we get a taste of his "orgasmic" Spanish churros. Stay tuned for the next episode of José Andrés Feeds The Feast, in which we'll segue from Mexico to China. [The Feast]
