5 Oz Lean Ground Beef
5 oz Ground Turkey Or Ground Chicken
1 T A-1 Steak Sauce
1 Small Red Onion, Minced Fine
Pinch Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 Slices Swiss Cheese or Favorite Cheese About 1 Oz
1 T Grey Poupon Mustard
3 strips OSCAR MAYER BACON HEARTY THICK CUT
1 Thick Slice Jersey Tomato
Hearty Roll, Portugese will be the best thing for this!!!
PREHEAT an All-Clad Nonstick Pan to Med-High Heat
Combine Ground Beef & Ground Chicken, Minced Onions & a Little Montreal & form a burger, Place Cheese in center & form burger around cheese to make a pocket
COOK for 4 - 8 minutes on each side until desired temp is reached
TOP with Lettuce Tomato & Bacon
Place the Burger on the roll with all the fixins & Side it with a little A-1 for dipping!
A good house cut French fry works perfectly with this!
