Valentine's Day isn't the only holiday happening this weekend.
It's also time to ring in the Chinese New Year! For the Year of the Dragon, lions and dragons will parade the streets, along with the sweet sound of fireworks, uwishunu reports.
The event starts at the corner of 10th and Race in Chinatown at midnight Saturday, Feb. 13, and then happens all over again at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14.
And that's not all. The Chinese Cultural Center joins the celebration with its Annual New Year's Banquet. Ten courses including an appetizer platter, stir-fried shrimp and pork, sweet-and-sour pork chops, sliced fish with special sauce and dessert for $42 per seat during the week, and $45 per seat on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
