Friday Saturday Sunday Celebrates 35 Years

Friday Saturday Sunday has made it through fires, recessions and seven different presidents. And to celebrate its 35th year of business, the Rittenhouse institution will be serving up versions of some classic dishes from its past.

From 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, Friday Saturday Sunday will serve up their original 1973 dishes at 1973 prices, meaning you can relive the culinary past at recession friendly prices.

But far be it from the folks at Friday Saturday Sunday to exclude those who aren’t free to dine on Wednesday evening—the restaurant will also introduce a small plates menu that includes some of those famed historic dishes (we’ve included it for you, below), and it’ll stick around for awhile.

As always, you can enjoy a bottle of wine for just $10 over the price the restaurant paid for it—a unique deal you won’t find anywhere else in the city.

Friday Saturday Sunday’s Classic Small Plates Menu

Chili Elizabeth Taylor (fiery southwest chili made from tips of filet and cornbread crust with black beans and sour cream on the side) $13
