‘Top Chef' Hosts Tryouts For Season 9, Just Desserts

Even if you don't own a restaurant or have a career climbing the ranks of the brigade system at this moment, that doesn't mean you can't try out for Top Chef, which will be in town casting for season 9 on March 2 at The Sofitel. From 12 P.M. until 3 P.M., you're invited to show Bravo what you've got in the kitchen. We also suggest attempting to sabotage other people's auditions or use excessively "colorful" language, as recent seasons have been full of drama and dastardly behavior. If you need any tips on how to get picked, remember that local cheflebs Jennifer Carroll of 10 Arts and Top Chef Season 8 Champ Kevin Sbraga both hail from Philly and hit the big time. Make sure to apply and get all the deets at the Bravo website before the big date.
