Eric Ripert Cooking at 10 Arts on 4/26

Chef Eric Ripert is cooking with protege Jen Carroll at 10 Arts on April 26, reuniting the team that manned the pans at world-famous Le Bernardin for so many years. For $125, diners will be treated to an epic six-course feast prepared by the three Michelin-star rated silver fox and our hometown Top Cheftestant. Award-winning pastry chef Monica Glass will be in the mix, dropping the dessert capper to this once-in-a-lifetime meal.

Some of the dishes making an appearance that night will be a "greatest hits" of sorts for the chefs, including Ripert’s Pounded Yellowfin Tuna with foie gras, and Jen Carroll’s Jamison Farms Rack of Lamb.

“While Le Bernardin and 10 Arts are distinctly different restaurants, Chef Ripert and I share the same philosophy about food. We like to emphasize simple, high quality flavors created from the freshest local and sustainable ingredients,” said Carroll, who served as Le Bernardin’s sous chef prior to opening 10 Arts.

The chefs will be mixing and mingling with guests throughout the evening, and those in attendance will have the opportunity to bathe in the smoldering gaze of purchase Ripert's latest book, Avec Eric, and How to Cook Like a Top Chef, which features recipes from Carroll during her time on the show. This event will surely sell out, so we suggest getting reservations as soon as possible. [The Feast]
