Don't Miss A Drop

The Foodery in NoLibs will be hosting special Beer Week events today. The home of the make-your-own six-pack is where Rogue brewmeister John Maier will be on hand to answer questions and give out free samples from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., making it a perfect stopover post-lunch or on the way to a Happy Hour.  Later in the evening, The Foodery will be hosting a gluten-free tasting from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., "for those who thought they couldn’t drink beer."

We're thinking the schedule at The Foodery just might make it possible for us to squeeze in a pint or two over at Standard Tap where they will be tapping a firkin from Flying Fish brewery (brewer Casey Hughes will be on hand as well). Sounds like the perfect beer night… without having to travel more than a block between empty glasses. Talk about efficiency!
