Comcast-Spectacor and KIWI Shoe Care are collecting new or slightly used shoes for Soles4Souls, a non-profit that collects and distributes shoes to those in need – and they’re asking for your kicks.
”By partnering to support the mission of Soles4Souls, we can leverage our strong brands with our fans to improve the lives of others in a very real, tangible way,” said Comcast-Spectacor President Peter Luukko.
Bring a pair or two of shoes to the 76ers game on Friday, Jan. 29 when they take on the Lakers or to the Flyers/Islanders game the next day and help the cause.
And as a special thank you, all who donate will be entered to win an MVP package that includes game tickets, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Wachovia Center, autographed goodies and a chance to either ride the Zamboni at a Flyers game or sit courtside at a Sixers game.
