Cold Spell Leads to Brisk Sales of Space Heaters

Get some tips on insulating your home

The bitter cold had some people running to hardware stores Saturday to buy insulating products to seal off their windows and doors to avoid seeing a significant jump in their heating bills.

Small electric space heaters are the hottest ticket in town right now, with a cost from about $15 to $300.

Temperatures are expected to rise to about 32 Sunday.  Temps could get to near 50 on Monday with some light rain possible.  Snow showers many head to the area Tuesday and Wednesday as highs dip back down to the mid-40s.
