Karen Elson's collection for Nine West is now available on the brand's website.
The collection is officially dubbed "Nine West Vintage America Karen Elson" and the influence of Elson's love of vintage is quite apparent. There are granny-esque boots (below; $189), which Elson swears are "heaven to wear." Earlier this month, she told Lynn Yaeger of The New York Times, "If a model is going to make some shoes, she's going to make them comfortable.
There's also the The Ghost (above; $149), a t-strap wedge that comes in black, blue and wine—the rich scarlet being the most lovely of the bunch—and a small collection of handbags (see the Hundredyrs satchel, above, $99), that look straight out of the Great Depression era.There's also multi-strand necklaces and bracelets including this guitar pendant necklace, a nod to Elson's side gig as a singer. Speaking of which, you can also watch videos and download tracks off her album The Ghost Who Walks from the Nine West website.
