Arrest Made in DART Bus Attack

Delaware State Police have arrested a man for reportedly beaten a DART bus driver on video tape.

Jamar Allen Lacey, 35, of Wilmington has been fingered by tipsters, according to police.

Lacey is currently being held at the Howard Young Correctional Institute on unrelated charges. 

Police distributed still photos of these attacks last week. Multiple confidential Crime Stopper tips that from several tipsters who recognized the suspect in this crime, according to police.

Lacey will be formally charged with assault in relation to DART beating in the coming days, according to State Police.
