Ardmore's Priscilla of Boston to Close

The Priscilla of Boston portfolio of brands is soon to be a thing of a past, as Priscilla of Boston bridal salons nationwide will soon be closing their doors for good. "DBP Holding is closing its Priscilla of Boston division and salons, and retiring the Priscilla of Boston portfolio of brands," reports WWD. The closures will include the Priscilla of Boston salon located in Ardmore's Suburban Square shopping complex. "Priscilla of Boston brands such as Platinum by Priscilla of Boston, Melissa Sweet, Reverie by Melissa Sweet, and the Vineyard collection will be discontinued," states the article.

If you're recently placed an order for a Priscilla of Boston gown, fear not: the 19 salons scattered about the U.S. will stay open until December 31, and will fulfill all current orders. But after that, Philly-area brides-to-be will have to rely on our area's other bridal boutiques to get them outfitted for that special walk down the aisle.
