An Island Celebration — At a Vineyard?

Can't get away this weekend? Take a mini-vaca at Crossing Vineyards' Caribbean Jam where you can celebrate summer with island flair and the taste of wine.

On Sunday, July 26, the Vineyard is merging the best of both worlds with a Caribbean cruise, live island jams and a wine tasting.

So throw on those flip flops and your favorite Hawaiian shirt for an evening of fun, wine and the chance to win a very special prize (so special in fact, that that the Vineyard is keeping it under wraps).

The Caribbean Jam is from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tickets are $50 a person plus tax and gratuity.

But if you can't make it to the Jam, you're sure to love a trip to Crossing Vineyards any day.

"Crossing Vineyards has delicious wine folks! Home grown grapes right here in Pennsylvania...They have a nice selection of wines including, a Merlot, Cabernet's, Rieslings, Sparkling Wines and a fun, sweet Strawberry and Blueberry infused wine.  I know Pennsylvania isn't known for fine wine, but everything I've tried so far has been stellar," Bruce B. of Yelp.com wrote.

So head to Crossing Vineyards for a taste or pick up a bottle at The Marketplace at East Falls.
