Old City Coffee isn’t just loved by east-dwelling Philadelphians. The shop has a reputation across neighborhoods as one of the top places in the city to get a great cop of coffee.
Now, Old City Coffee’s Jack Treatman will lead a tasting of African brews Saturday afternoon. Treatman will teach attendees the differences between more than five different brews, and will also demonstrate a brewing method using something called a Chemex manual drip brewer—which we think sounds like it’s going to be awesome.
