It’s been called “startling, bewildering and beautiful.” "Amjad," directed by Édouard Lock beautifully merges classical ballet and cutting-edge choreography. The performance features nine dancers, masters of both classical ballet and contemporary dance, as well as a quartet of musicians performing a new score by British composer Gavin Bryars and New York composer David Lang.
La La La Human Steps takes the stage for this breath-taking performance beginning Thursday, November 6 and continuing through Saturday, November 8.
All three shows start at 7:30 p.m. in the Perelman Theater at the Kimmel Center. Tickets are $34-$44.
