Aloha Obama!

Join the Hawaiian luau in Center City

Let the high-powered politicos don the black tie and jewels tonight – we're getting lei'd! McGillin's Olde Ale House is hosting an all-day tribute to the president's Hawaiian heritage.

Adorned in red, white and blue leis, customers can watch the inauguration events while sipping on Blue Hawaiians, Red, White & Blue Freedom Cocktails (after a couple, you'll be seeing stars, har har har) and the new Obama Mama, a "tropical concoction of rums and coconut." To accompany your mid-morning cocktails (the event kicks off at 11 -- who doesn't love a noontime buzz?), McGillin's is preparing quite the Hawaiian feast with Huli Huli Chicken (that's barbeque chicken with a soy, sugar, ginger and vinegar sauce for all you landlubbers out there), Macadamia-Crusted Coconut Shrimp and Peachy Pork Roast Barbeque.

So get out and show your support, and raise a glass of something fruity. Couldn't you use an island escape right about now?
