A “Zumbathon” to Fight MS

Dance the morning away at 2012 Zumbathon for MS

Miss out on this year's Broad Street Run?

Don’t miss the chance to "dance the morning away and help find a cure for MS" when Zumba teams take to the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art instead this Sunday.

The 2012 Zumbathon for MS fundraiser is expected to draw hundreds of Zumba fanatics together at the Art Museum steps to help support the battle to cure Multiple sclerosis.

The Zumbathon is basically a two-hour fitness party on the famous "Rocky Steps." Registration is at 8 a.m. and the dancing begins at 9.

Participants are expected to raise $125 to help benefit 13,000 area people living with MS, according to the event's Facebook page.

Registration is open now.
