Battle of the Canvas: This Saturday, local and national artists will come together for social change. See who can last the longest in the eight-hour canvas battle at The Arts Garage. Naked Music: Bringing a little soul and folk to Philly—singer Ben Carroll will be at Naked Chocolate Café Saturday night. Although he stems from a Grammy award-winning family, Carroll is in a league of his own with captivating lyrics, smooth guitar playing and a rich voice. Beerfest: Who doesn’t love a good beer while watching the Phils game? This Sunday afternoon try 40 different kinds of beer at McFadden’s at the Ballpark. The four-hour beer tasting, food-trying, game-watching extravaganza begins at 2 p.m. If you get lonely knowing you’re going home to an empty house after the game, the PSPCA will be on-site with adoptive cats and dogs.
