Citizen Cope: See D.C. native Citizen Cope tonight at the Theatre of Living Arts. Cope is one of the most underrated artists in the music game. Fusing folk, rock and blues together, he has a sound of his own. His music has been featured on dozens of commercials and mainstream shows such as One Tree Hill, Cold Case, Entourage and Criminal Minds.
