Philly Food Week: Beginning Sunday night, get your food fix on with another round of restaurant week -- this time, outside center city. Over 30 different restaurants from Philly’s favorite neighborhoods will participate. Restaurants in Manayunk, Northern Liberties, East Passyunk, Penn’s Landing and Chestnut Hill will provide three or four course meals priced at $20 or $30 per person.
