1.25 oz Boar’s Head Golden Classic® 42% Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
⅛ cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced Small
⅛ cup Fresh Celery, Diced Small
4 Fresh Grapes, Thompson Seedless (cut in quarters)
2 tsp Light Mayonnaise
¼ tsp Honey
⅛ tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Black Pepper
Mix the chicken, pineapple, celery and grapes in a bowl. I
n a separate bowl, mix the light mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice.
Then, Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the chicken mixture. Mix well.
Season with pepper if desired. Chill.
