When famous Chef Eric Ripert brought his new restaurant 10 Arts to the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton, it instantly became a place to see and be seen. The accompanying bar and lounge have given the old Ritz a younger look and feel, while preserving the grand architecture of the circular lobby and its pillars.
