Jorge Pacheco was a busy father on July 4.

The South Philly dad took his two sons, Johan and Joel, to the Wawa Welcome America "Party on the Parkway" in the early afternoon before heading to a birthday party.

After that, he said he was taking his sons back to the Ben Franklin Parkway to watch the fireworks show in the evening over the Art Museum.
