"We enjoyed it so much the first time we came in 2015, we decided to come back again," Ken Wonders said while sitting with his wife, Sandy, near Independence Hall on Monday morning. The Wonders are visiting from Evansville, Indiana.
"This is where it all started," Ken Wonders said as they waited for the Independence Day Parade to begin at 5th and Markets streets.
