‘Stranger Things' Fans Are Screaming for Ice Cream as Baskin Robbins Transforms Into ‘Scoops Ahoy'

The new 'Stranger Things' pop-up might be able to bribe you with a USS Butterscotch sample.

Since the long-awaited Netflix debut of "Stranger Things" season three this past Fourth of July weekend, fans have binged the beloved sci-fi series in more than 40.7 million households, according to a Netflix tweet.

So the logical next step is bringing Hawkins to life.

With the craze of the show only growing, fans now have the opportunity to experience the 1985 ice cream parlor "Scoops Ahoy" at a Baskin-Robbins in Burbank, California.

In the season premiere the beloved characters reunite for another summer of fun and possibly more Demogorgon slaying. The majority of the season takes place in the new Starcourt Mall in Hawkins that as the season unfolds the main players realize is much more than an ordinary mall.

Heartthrob Steve "The Hair" Harrington, played by actor Joe Keery, is fresh out of high school and rather than heading off to college, is working at an ice cream parlor called "Scoops Ahoy" with Robin, played by Maya Hawke — yes, actors Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman's real-life daughter.

The real Baskin-Robbins located at 1201 S. Victory Blvd. in Burbank is bringing the parlor to life for fans to enjoy.

The pop-up completely transformed the ice cream shop into the retro "Scoops Ahoy," complete with a special menu. Some of the flavors include "The Upside Down Sundae." And for fans of the famous monster, they have a "Demogorgon Sundae." They even have the unforgettable "USS Butterscotch" sundae.

The pop-up is almost an identical replica of the ice cream shop, from the sign outside their door to a special photo op opportunity where fans can sail away and take pictures. Fans who attend the pop-up are greeted by Baskin Robbin staff who are in full character with uniforms and all.

The "Stranger Things" pop-up will be open through July 14, so make sure to stop by and get your scoop.
