Katherine Heigl returns to series television Monday night in NBC's new drama "State of Affairs."

The "Grey's Anatomy" alum plays top CIA analyst Charleston Tucker, who provides the President of the United States (Oscar-nominee Alfre Woodard) with a daily briefing of the most vital security issues facing the nation. The cast also features Adam Kaufman, Sheila Vand, Cliff Chamberlain, Tommy Savas and David Harbour.
