Chris Pratt Performs “Margaritaville” With Jimmy Buffett During the “Jurassic World” After-Party

Chris Pratt had the time of his life Tuesday night.

The 35-year-old actor looked happier than ever when he attended the world premiere of his movie, Universal Pictures' "Jurassic World," at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. After posing for pictures on the red carpet with wife Anna Faris, Pratt watched the film with a star-studded audience that included Camilla Belle, Angie Harmon, Joe Manganiello, French Montana, Sofia Vergara and Lindsey Vonn.

Director Colin Trevorrow also attended the premiere, as did many of the film's stars, including Vincent D'Onofrio, Judy Greer, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins and B. D. Wong.

After the screening ended, guests headed to the Ray Dolby Ballroom for the after-party. Pratt's "Parks and Recreation" co-star Retta snapped a picture of the man of the evening and shared it on Instagram, writing, "Only @prattprattpratt would get on stage at his premiere party to rock out with #JimmyBuffet." Several other attendees shared pictures of the actor's spur-of-the-moment jam session.

According to partygoers, Pratt joined Jimmy Buffett for "Margaritaville."

Before the premiere and party, though, Pratt taped an episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" across the street.

"It's my mom's 60th birthday today," he told host Jimmy Kimmel. "She doesn't know this, but Universal made her a great big cake. I've got my mom, my brother and sister, their significant others and all their children, friends of the family. I've got a huge group of friends and family coming to the show tonight. We'll watch the whole thing and at the end my mom gets to have a great big 60th birthday cake."

Kimmel teased the "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor, saying, "It gets you out of having to throw a big party for her. They saved you a fortune!" Pratt laughed and joked, "I look like a good son when I'm like, 'Uh, Universal? I make it happen!'"

"Jurassic World" is in theaters Friday.
