“Beverly Hills, 90210” Unauthorized Movie Happening at Lifetime

First it was "Saved By the Bell," then it was "Full House," and now it's "Beverly Hills, 90210's" turn for the Unauthorized treatment. That's right, E! News has learned Lifetime is making "The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story," which will tell the salacious behind-the-scenes tales from the primetime soap that launched the careers of Luke Perry, Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth.

Are there stories left to tell that the public doesn't already know? Howard Braunstein and Peter Green are executive producing the movie with Christian Bruyere as producer and Vanessa Parise attached to direct a script from Jeff Roda.

The original cast of "Beverly Hills, 90210" included Spelling, Garth, Perry, Jason Priestely, Shannen Doherty, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green, Douglas Emerson, Carol Potter and James Eckhouse. The Walsh siblings, Brandon (Priestley) and Brenda (Doherty), were in for a rude-awakening when they moved to Beverly Hills from Minnesota. Later additions to the cast included Tiffani Thiessen, Hillary Swank, Vanessa Marcil and Lindsay Price.

Darren Star, Aaron Spelling and E. Duke Vincent created the primetime drama that ran for 10 seasons from 1990-2000. The show spawned a number of spinoffs included "Melrose Place" and later was rebooted by The CW as "90210." According to Lifetime, "The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210" Story "will show the roller coaster ride of the program's first four seasons, highlighting the drama between cast members and producers both on and off-set, including the series' journey from several near-cancellations to its massive success and imprint in the cultural zeitgeist and lasting impression it has made on millions of people to this day."

Now, the next question we answers to is who will portray the famous "90210" stars?
