Report: Joe Jackson Has Recording, Touring Plans For Michael Jackson's Children

Joe Jackson is reportedly hoping to take Michael Jackson's three children on tour in 2010, a biographer of the late King of Pop claimed on Monday.

Ian Halperin, a celebrity biographer claimed in The Sun Newspaper that a source close to the family told him Michael's father already has plans for Prince Michael I, 12; Paris Michael Katherine, 11; and Prince Michael II (Blanket), 7.

"Joe wants the children to go on a world tour in 2010. He has also already offered recording contracts to two of Michael's kids," Halperin said.

"Now he is talking about getting them the world's best backing band and taking them on tour as The Jackson Three," he added.

Halperin told the publication that his source is concerned for the children and may soon speak out publicly. Additionally, the writer claimed a family member inside the Jackson camp is very upset over the patriarch's plans.

"One of the family members is livid. He is saying Joe seems intent to do this no matter what," Halperin said.

On Friday, during an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America," Joe hinted at the talents of Michael's children.

"I keep watching Paris. She … wants to do something. And as far as I can see, well, they say Blanket, he can really dance," Joe told "GMA."

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for the Jackson family wasn't immediately available for comment.
