    Actress Reese Witherspoon gave birth to a boy on Thursday Sept. 27.

    Reese Witherspoon is now a mom three times over.

    The "Legally Blonde" actress gave birth to son Tennessee James Toth on Thursday Sept. 27, according to People.

    “Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” her rep said in a statement. “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”

    It's the first child for Witherspoon, 36, and Toth. She has two children - Ava 13 and Deacon 8 - with her ex-husband, "Crash" actor Ryan Phillippe. Witherspoon and Toth were married in March 2011.
