AmEx Has No Love for Courtney

Credit card company slams Courtney Love with $350,000 suit

Courtney Love is not getting warm and fuzzy vibes from American Express -- they're hauling the drug-addled rocker into court after she allegedly neglected to pay her credit-card bills.

The credit-card company sued the widow of Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain Wednesday for a sum of $352, 659.67, the amount Love owes on three AmEx accounts plus legal and other additional charges, Reuters reported.

Love "failed and refused" to make payments on her American Express Gold Card, the company said in the suit, filed in Los Angeles.

The rocker's publicist said the Love camp had no comment about the suit.

The 44-year-old "Hole" frontwoman has seen her fair share of legal tussles -- she was blasted for libel in February after tweeting about a fashion designer and was sued for $1 million last year for portions of Nirvana's publishing catalog.

Love is known for her long struggles with drug addiction and her rap sheet -- she's been busted for possession and violation of her probation.

She has a daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, with Kurt Cobain, who killed himself in 1994.
