Justin Gaston, Miley Cyrus’s 20-year-old friend, denied he was in a relationship with the 15-year-old Disney star last week, and now Miley has told Access Hollywood, “We don’t really feel like [there’s] a reason to tell everyone what our personal life is.”
Last week at the 2008 CMA’s, Justin told Access, “Oh, just family friend, you know,” when asked if he was dating the “Hannah Montana” star, and now Miley attempts to clear up the confusion about their relationship.
“We’re kinda just like… like I said, we don’t really feel like [there’s] a reason to tell everyone what our personal life is,” Miley told Access’Maria Menounos. “He’s just like my best friend.”
The Disney star said Justin and her have bonded over movies like her upcoming animated “Bolt.”

“He’s actually one of the reasons I love this movie so much, we have like a big DVD thing, we collect all Walt Disney movies, cause we love animations,” Miley explained. “We’re so excited to see [‘Bolt’], just cause we really are great friends.”

“And whatever happens, in our personal life, we keep it between us,” Miley continued. “But our friendship, we like everyone to know about, because it’s great to have a friend like him.”
