Hasselhoff had agreed to let Bach live in the house temporarily while the home was up for sale. However, now a Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled Bach must leave the residence.

“I’m heartbroken,” Bach told Access following the ruling. “I’m still raising my 16-year-old daughter here.”

As a result of the judge’s ruling, Bach has until January 31 to be out of the house. In fact, a source close to the case told Access the judge blasted Bach inside the courtroom for not following earlier court orders.

Mel Goldsman, an attorney for Hasselhoff, told Access Bach had previously been asked to leave the house but hadn’t done so.

“They have been divorced for the more than a year and Pamela was ordered to vacate the house so that it could be prepared for listing,” Goldsman explained. “She has not done that. So the court ruled yesterday that she must leave the house so David can ready it for viewing and for sale.”

But don’t expect the house to remain vacant, according to Hoff’s ex.

“He’s going to move in to the house,” she added.

However, Bach may not be out in the cold for long. A source told Access she “has the money” to move into a new home and “has already picked one out.”

But as far as Bach in concerned, she told Access she is shifting her focus from her divorce to a career in music – she even has a new music video.

“It’s a little hip hop, a little Joss Stone,” she told Access.
