Dunn, 34, was killed early Monday morning when his Porsche flew over a guardrail in West Goshen Township, Pa.

New details have emerged since the crash, including a police report that says Dunn was legally drunk when he got behind the wheel. Investigators say he was driving over 130 MPH when his Porsche skidded off Route 322, into a wooded area and burst into flames.

Dunn and his passenger, 30-year-old Zachary Harwell both died.

The accident happened only 100 yards from Harwell's home.

A private viewing was held for Dunn on Wednesday. He'll be buried in his home state of Ohio.

A private funeral is being held Saturday for Hartwell, who was a newlywed.
