Anne Heche and boyfriend James Tupper have welcomed a baby boy, a rep for the actress confirmed to People.
Atlas Heche Tupper was born over the weekend, weighing 6 lbs., 12 oz.

"They are ecstatic," the rep said of Anne and James.
Atlas is the second child for Anne. She also has a 7-year-old son, Homer, from her marriage to Coley Laffoon.

Anne and James met on the set of ABC's "Men In Trees" in 2007. The couple announced the pregnancy in December 2008.
