“I’ve done every workout known to man. It seems like the right thing to do at the right time,” says Lisa, who admits she was way into Jane Fonda’s workouts back in the day.

“Are you kidding me? I was such a Jane Fonda freak. I had the book. I had the DVD. Who knew I was training for this all the time. I was obsessed. Obsessed.”

The DVD features 16 dances choreographed by Lisa’s “DWTS” partner Louis van Amstel. It’s a whole body workout that targets arms, legs, stomach and booty. And Lisa - a 45-year-old mother of two with a rock solid body – is proof it works.

“I don’t have a lot of time as a mom. I need to workout quick and I want to work my whole body. And guess what? You have fun. That’s what is so brilliant about this is I smile through the whole thing.”

Lisa’s even thinking of designing her own line of workout clothes and she already has the perfect place to sell them… at her two Los Angeles stores!
