Former ‘Grey's Anatomy' Star Served Eviction Notice

Former "Grey's Anatomy" star Isaiah Washington could be forced to move out of his home if he's unable to pay five months in back rent, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to court papers filed on March 24 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the property management company, Sandalwood Properties, claims the actor and wife Jenisa Washington owe $100,000 in unpaid rent.

Washington's home is reportedly worth almost $3.5 million dollars and has a steep $20,000 monthly rental fee. The actor and his wife moved into the home in April 2008.

The property management company is also asking to be compensated for legal fees and $3,333 per day for each day Washington and his wife remain in the house without settling their alleged past rent debt. It was unclear if the couple was still in the house.

Reps for Washington were not available for comment when contacted by Access Hollywood.
