Gatecrasher at Playboy Mansion Arrested

Uninvited guest drives car into mansion twice in one week

One man appears determined to crash the party at the Playboy Mansion.

Los Angeles police say a Ventura County man rammed his vehicle into the gates at Hugh Hefner's legendary home twice in the past week.

Lieutenant John Romero told the Los Angeles Times detectives believe both incidents involve an "ongoing dispute."

Police have not released the man's name or what may have prompted the crashes.

A police spokesman no one was injured in either incident.

Police say the suspect was arrested and released after the first crash last Thursday night. He slammed his car into the gates again Tuesday, but fled before police arrived on the scene. The gates sustained some damage.

Hugh Hefner recently announced that he was going to cease hosting the legendary celebrity-studded parties that made the mansion famous.
