Your whole family will love this delicious grilled ham with Bow-ties.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
1 Hatfield Traditional Ham Steak
1 jar (16 oz.) Ragu ® Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
12 oz. Bow-tie pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen peas
1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
Cook pasta and peas according to package directions. Grill Ham Steak 2 to 3 minutes
each side, and cut into 1/4 by 1 julienne strips. Saute scallions in olive oil. Add
Parmesan Alfredo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over well-drained
pasta, add grilled ham, cooked peas and toss lightly. Sprinkle with basil and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
