Octomom's on the Move

14 kids, 4 bedrooms and mounting mortgage troubles pretty much sums up Octomom's experience in her Orange County home. Octomom aka Nadya Suleman is reportedly cutting her losses and attempting to sell the four-bedroom suburban abode for $525,000 where she and her 14 kiddos have lived for the last two years.

Octomom's home is up for foreclosure next week so she's desperately trying to sell it before the bank takes a hold of the property. The Pasadena Star News reports that the La Habra crib was purchased by Suleman's father, Ed Doud in 2009 for $565,000. Suleman reportedly still owes $450,000 balloon payment to Amer Haddadin, the note holder on the home.

The SoCal spread where Octomom set up camp with her 14 kids measures 2,583 square feet and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Built in 1978, the home features a living room, dining room, a rear yard with artificial turf (i.e. low maintenance), and a laundry room where Suleman inevitably spent many many hours doing many many loads of laundry.

Wherever Octomom and her brood move next, she better sweet talk her neighbors. Suleman has become a media sensation and is constantly hounded by the paparazzi.
