Musician Peter Frampton Lists Ohio Manse

Singer-songwriter Peter Frampton is selling his very non-rock star-esque abode in Indian Hill, Ohio, reports Curbed. Frampton, who is known for hits like "Baby, I Love Your Way" and "Do You Feel Like We Do," is asking $1.575 million for the rather run-of-the-mill home.

Frampton's European-style pad is certainly impressive, but a far cry from what you'd imagine the home of a big time musician would be like. It features four bedrooms, six full baths, two partial baths, a gym, security system, and a large kitchen. There's also a state-of-the-art recording studio in the home.

Indian Hill, Ohio is a suburb of Cincinnati, located northeast of the city center. Zillow reports that the median list price for homes in Indian Hill is currently $1.04 million, which makes Frampton's home on the higher end of the spectrum. Perhaps the celeb name attached to the pad (the public listing declares the property is home to Frampton, a "rock legend") will help sell the place.
