Eagles “Swoop” in to Fire Up Commuters

You might find something’s a bit green when you get off the train or bus Center City Friday morning.

That’s because Swoop, the Eagles cheerleaders, Eagles Pep Band and Eagles Drumline will be hitting the Suburban Station to get people headed to work fired up for the Eagles playoff opener Sunday against the Packers.

From 8 to 8:30 in the morning they will be singing the Eagles fight song and certainly leading their fair share of E-A-G-L-E-S chants.

Besides causing a ruckus to get fans thinking green for the Birds Wild-Card round showdown, the Eagles cheer crew will also be handing out some NFC East and other Eagles merch.

So even if you don’t work in Center City feel free to head downtown for a morning pick me up.

This pep rally follows a similar Pep Rally Wednesday on the sidewalk in front of the Clothespin sculpture at 15th and Market and Thursday night at Chickie's and Pete's in South Philly.
