Precipitation has ended in the Lehigh Valley and Allentown area down toward Chester County and Northern Delaware. However, the rain is changing into snow in parts of Philadelphia, Lower Montgomery County, Bucks County and Mercer County. The visibility and temperature have gone down a bit though it's still not cold enough for most of the snow to stick in our area. Still, there could be some snow on grassy surfaces by the time people wake up on Thursday.
The rest of the storm is slowly diminishing though winds are still strong in Southern Jersey and the Delaware Coast. The storm already caused flooding and power outages in those areas and the coast is in for more problems.

"There is still the threat of high tide coming to the shore 3 to 4 Thursday morning," said NBC10 Chief Meteorologist Glenn Schwartz. "Moderate to major coastal flooding will take place."
Glenn also says the Jersey Shore and Delaware Coast are in for more moderate coastal flooding Friday morning.
"People at the shore have a long stretch of problems," he said.
As for the rest of the area, more snow may develop Thursday night into Friday morning mainly North and East of Philadelphia, especially Bucks County and Mercer County. The Nor'Easter will join up with a new upper air storm which will push the snow and rain back from New England into our area.
Things will finally improve for the area Friday afternoon. Things will be beautiful during the weekend with sunshine and temperatures rising into the 50's.
