As we continue to thaw from last week's storm, another one is on the horizon. PennDOT crews prepared to get a headstart before the storm Monday night. (Published Monday, Jan. 31, 2011)

Right now, rain is falling in Philadelphia and it's freezing on impact. To the north and west, snow is falling.

A winter storm warning is in effect for parts of the region on Tuesday and Wednesday. The storm is organizing in the middle of the country and as it develops, it should bring in a lot of moisture.

Philadelphia, Wilmington, Reading and Lancaster should expect one inch or less of snow and ice.

Allentown and parts of Mt. Pocono should expect one to three inches of snow as well as ice.

Atlantic City, Dover and Cape May should expect snow changing to rain.

The wintry mix should taper off Tuesday night, but there's a chance of even more sleet and freezing rain on Wednesday.
