Tropical Storm Arthur could bring rip currents to the waters off the Jersey Shore and Delaware Beaches over the Fourth of July holiday.
Arthur is expected to track up the coast later in the week and could bring with it heavy downpours, depending on the storm's track.
Swimmers should use caution because Arthur is expected to boost the risk of rip currents through the holiday weekend.
