Two cars and a tractor-trailer collided in Center City Philadelphia during Tuesday morning’s commute.
The wreck closed the eastbound ramp from Interstate 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) around 6 a.m.
Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, said dispatchers.
The crash caused motorists to continue on I-76 past the crash scene. Even though crews quickly got lanes opened, motorists should continue to expect delays.
