Exit 88 in the southbound lanes of the Garden State Parkway has closed for good.
Monday night's closing is part of improvements being made between the toll road and local roads in Lakewood.
Southbound traffic will have to pay a toll and use Exit 89 to access Route 70.
Signs about the change were posted.
