NBC Philadelphia’s David Hall did an unscientific survey of local Christmas shoppers and came up with a list of gifts people want this season but more importantly gifts that no one wants to find under their tree.
So what are the worst gifts to give to that special man in your life?
- Something that doesn’t fit
- Underwear
- Gift certificates to restaurants
- An empty card
- Tires
- Tools
- Cooking items
And women should never give a guy a gift that really benefits her.
As for the worst things to give to women?
- Tools
- Clothes
- Stereos
- Cookware
And never give a woman something that benefits the man.
As for some good items to give guys -- a watch, electronics, shoes, ties, a pinky ring (yes a guy said that), video games and a vacation.
And for the ladies -- jewelry, vacations and a day at the spa.
